Arnulfo Garcia, Jr.

Mr. Arnulfo ""Shorty"" Garcia, Jr. age 95 of Snyder, TX, died Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas after a brief illness.

Services for Garcia will be held on Wednesday October 2, 2013 at 10 AM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel with Mr. Roy Rosson officiating. Interment will follow at Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Garcia was born on Wednesday, January 02, 1918 in Cotula, TX to Arnulfo and Aurelia (Ramirez) Garcia . He married Elida Leal on Monday, February 18, 1946 in Robstown, Tx. She preceded him in death on June 17, 2003. Mr. Garcia was a veteran of the U. S. Army in WWII in the 41st armored infantry regiment. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart Medal . Mr. Garcia worked for Snyder Dry Cleaners and Laundry for 35yrs.

Son - Louis Garcia and wife Mary, China Grove, TX
Daughter - Andrea Garcia, Snyder, Tx.

A rosary will be held Tuesday October 1, 2013 at 7 PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home
