Josefina Martinez

Josefina Martinez age 74 of San Marcos formerly of Snyder, died Sunday, January 01, 2012 at Hays Nursing Home in San Marcos, Texas after a lengthy illness.

Services for Mrs. Martinez will be held on Wednesday, January 04, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe with Father Roy Badillas officiating. Interment will follow at Snyder Cemetery under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Funeral Home.

Mrs. Martinez was born on March 19, 1937 in New Baunfels, TX to Wencelao "Ben" and Vicky (Trevino) Gonzales.

A rosary will be held Tuesday at 6PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale with Deacon Frank Ortegon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Emitero Martinez, a daughter; Dora Martinez, a son; Bobby Martinez, a sister; Adela Rodriguez, and 2 Brothers, Abel & Elias Gonzales.
