Mr. Willis Joe Smith , 59 of Big Spring,TX died on November 09, 2015 in Big Spring, TX.

Funeral Service for Mr. Smith will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Reverend Shannon Harrison officiating. Internment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Smith was born on July 27, 1956 in Snyder, TX to Howard and Emma (Lowe) Smith. He was a graduate of Snyder High School, attended Texas Technological College, Sweetwater, TX., was a Certified Welder. He worked for Fiberglass Systems for over 35 years. Currently working as a correctional officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice at the Smith Unit in Lamesa, TX.
