Barbara Preston

Mrs. Barbara Preston age 89 of Snyder, TX passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Good Life Senior Living in Snyder. A funeral service will be held at 10 o'clock AM Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 37th Street Church of Christ with Mr. Bob Doty officiating. Burial will follow at the Ira cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Preston was born on February 6, 1937 in Lubbock, TX. to Roy and Azlee (Drum) Reeder. She married Max Preston in June of 1957.He preceded her in death November 22, 1992. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many and grew up in the Fluvanna Community. She was a longtime member of 37th Street Church of Christ and taught cradle roll at 37th Street for 40 years. Barbara was a volunteer at the Ritz Theater and worked at WTC as a dorm supervisor for many years.
