Mrs. Carolyn Kay Fowler, 77, of Snyder, TX, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at her home in Snyder. A graveside service for Mrs. Fowler will be held at 11 AM, Friday, September 19, 2025, at Evergreen Cemetery in Gustine, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Carolyn was born on November 2, 1947, to Billy Eugene and Opal Laverne (Kinsey) McKandless in Hereford, Texas.

She is survived by her,

Kay Marquez and husband Leo of WA,

Kristi Menix of Snyder, TX,

Kori Fowler Cox of Hereford, TX;

3 Sisters,

Pam Williams of Stephenville, TX,

Sharon Seider and husband Charlie of Comanche, TX,

Penny Ward and Guy Payne of Milsap, TX;

1 Brother,

Ronnie Twiner and wife Shelly of WA;

9 Grandchildren,

and 9 Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her,

Parents,

Bill and Laverne McKandless.
