Mrs. Evelyn Ware Riggins, 60, of Snyder, TX, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at University Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. A funeral service for Mrs. Riggins will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel with Reverend Ray Brandon officiating. Burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Riggins was born on May 17, 1966, to Welton Ware and Burdie Anderson Ware in Snyder, TX. Evelyn married Melvin Riggins on January 26, 2018 in Snyder, TX. She was a Care Giver for many years.
