Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home. No Services are planned for Mr. Parks.
Mr.Parks was born on November 16, 1951 in Colorado City, TX to Edwin and Vernelle (Beaver) Parks. Gary owned and operated Horse Mountain Water Station for the past 11 years.
He is survived by:

Sister - Luann Walker and husband John, Snyder, TX
Niece - Shannon Shannon and husband Jayson, Artisia, NM
Nephew - Cody Walker, Snyder, TX
Great Niece - Hannah Shannon, Artisia, NM
