Ginger was born on July 13, 1962, in Hamlin, Texas, to Gerald and Leveta Butler She married the love of her life, Allen Robertson, on June 1, 1979, and together they built a life and family filled with love and cherished memories.
Ginger was truly a kid at heart. She had a special way of finding joy in the little things and bringing warmth and love wherever she went. She loved beyond measure and was deeply cherished by her family. Her love, laughter, and presence brought something irreplaceable to the lives of everyone who knew her.
She leaves behind a family who will carry her love and memory with them always: her beloved husband, Allen Robertson; her daughter, Stacey Robertson; her son, Blake Robertson; her son-in-law Clifton Kelly; her granddaughters, Destinee Oliver and Madeline Robertson; her brother, Danny Butler; and numerous brothers and sisters in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews that she loved dearly.
Ginger was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald Butler and Leveta Carmichael; her sister, Julia Ake; her brother, Bobby Butler; her in-laws Dean and Parnell Robertson; and brother-in-law Steven “Butch” Robertson.
Though her time with us was far too short, the love Ginger gave so freely will live on through her family. She will be remembered not only for the life she lived, but for the love she gave, the memories she created, and the hearts she touched.
