Joyce Stephens, 85, of Snyder, Texas, joined the Lord’s presence on Thursday, February 26, 2026. Mrs. Stephens was born on December 23, 1940, to Wilmer and Opalene Wyatt in Williams, Oklahoma.
Joyce married the love of her life, Bill Stephens, on August 31, 1957. She and Mr. Stephens moved to Snyder and, soon after, started their own business Stephens Office Supply & Printing in 1966. While Stephens Office Supply & Printing was a great accomplishment of Mr. and Mrs. Stephens, their greatest accomplishment was the legacy they built within their family. Joyce was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She most enjoyed spending time with her family, but she also enjoyed attending church at First Baptist Church of Snyder. She was especially fond of her Sunday school class and Sunday night Bible study group.
In her younger days, Joyce enjoyed traveling with Bill. She loved supporting her grandchildren by cheering them on at their academic and sporting events. She very much enjoyed hosting and cooking meals at their beautiful home, which was the epicenter of family gatherings. Joyce was well-known for her delicious homemade rolls and chocolate cake.

Stephens, Jr.; brother-in-law, Sam Stephens; sister-in-law, Virginia Fulks; sister-in-law, Anna Stephens; sister-in-law, Kathy Stephens.
