Loretta S Phillips

Mrs. Loretta S. Phillips, 92, of Snyder, TX, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at Goodlife Senior Care Center in Snyder. A memorial service for Mrs. Phillips will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mrs. Phillips was born on May 15, 1933, to Burnet and Ethel (Munn) Smith in Dallas, TX. Loretta was a banker for many years. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her,

Jackie E. Hayes of Snyder, TX;

Son,

Carl. C (Rusty) Phillips, Jr. of The Colony, TX;

4 grandchildren,

9 Great-Grandchildren;

and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her,

Burnet and Ethel Smith;

Husband,

Carl Phillips, Sr.;

2 Sisters,

Florene Smith Garrett,

and Janet Smith Linebarger.
