Services for Ms. Rubio will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 2 o'clock PM at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home Chapel with Alfonso Rodriguez officiating. Internment will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Ms. Rubio was born on September 22, 1977 in Snyder, TX to Ector and Elida (Barnhart) Rodriguez. She was employed by Cogdell Memorial Hospital as a Healthcare Information Manager. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
