Rush McLaughlin, 71 of Spur Texas died on Thursday, January 17, 2019 , of cancer at the home of his beloved extended family in Snyder, TX.
Rush was a Vietnam veteran, and worked many years in Louisiana as a finish carpenter.
He was born on September 22, 1947 in Lubbock, TX to Clyde and Edouina (Meek) McLaughlin.
He is survived by sisters Suzanne Spinks, Irving, TX., and Sherry Buchanan, Prescott, AZ., Niece, Carli Greene, Nephews, Chad and Clint Clemens and several cousins. His extended family, Greg and Tessa Kirby, Tate and Bryson, Nikki and Billy. Closest friend Doug Blackburn. He was preceded in death by his parents, and adoptive mother Maudie Brown Bogert.
A celebration of life will be held February 16th in Spur Texas,
