Sherrion Lee McKinney Breen

Evans Funeral Home of Jefferson announces the death of Mrs. Sherrion Lee McKinney Breen, age 78, of Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Mrs. Breen was born in Loraine, Texas, a daughter to the late John Alexander McKinney Jr. and the late Mary Virginia Smedley McGeary. Mrs. Breen was retired from the Western Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas where she was the food and beverage manager. She and her husband were lifelong residents of Las Vegas, NV but moved to Georgia to be closer to the family she loved and cherished. She will forever be cherished, greatly missed and remembered for her love of family, her optimism, her generous heart and compassion towards others. Family was everything for her.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Breen of Jefferson; Donald Brady her son of Jefferson; grandchildren, Emily Cubino and her husband Jordan of Burlington, NC, Katie Reese and her husband Zachary of Flowery Branch, Kimberlie Ledsinger and her husband Kacy of Flowery Branch; Robert Brady and his wife Svetlana of Gainesville; great grandchildren, Evelyn, Gabriel, Eleanor and Dorothy also survive.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM (EST) in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Burrell officiating.

The interment will follow on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM (CST) in the Snyder Cemetery, 802 Avenue E, Snyder, Texas 79549. Arrangements under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home
