Mr. Wayland Lover Caldwell, 89, of Snyder, TX, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Mitchell County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Bell-Cypert-Seale Chapel with Pastor Ken Reamy Officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.

Mr. Caldwell was born on November 1, 1936, to H.B. (Bruce) and Etta (Lunsford) Caldwell in Snyder, TX. Wayland married the love of his life Mary Ann Ariaz on October 22, 1964, in Santa Rosa, NM. He was a pumper for Musslewhite for 30 years.
